📋 After the download
- Run the installer and follow the setup wizard.
- Open WashSignal and sign in with your WashSignal account - the same email and password as the dashboard. Your licence is set up for you; there's no key to copy.
- Step-by-step help is in the Quick Start Guide.
🛡️ If Windows warns you about the download
WashSignal is digitally signed by its publisher, Madbay Holdings Pty Ltd. Because it's a new, specialised app, Windows may not recognise it yet and can show a warning the first time it's downloaded. It's safe to continue as long as the publisher shows Madbay Holdings Pty Ltd.
- Edge says the file "isn't commonly downloaded": in the downloads list, click the … next to the file, then Keep, then Show more, then Keep anyway.
- "Windows protected your PC" when you run it: click More info, check the publisher reads Madbay Holdings Pty Ltd, then click Run anyway.
If the publisher ever shows as "Unknown publisher", don't run it. Contact us instead. Sites already running WashSignal update from inside the app and won't see these warnings.
